If you’re playing tempo or control, you should probably have a fairly even amount of cards at all ranges of mana. If you’re trying to play aggro, but most of your cards are 3-4 mana, you’re probably not going to do well. On that same note, think about your goal and compare it to the relative cost of cards in your deck.Trust me, having enough power (and influence) can make all the difference. Where will you stand Join the battle in Eternal, the new strategy card.

While the minimum you can have is 1/3 of your deck, if you’re running a bunch of high-cost cards, you may need extra power to ensure you curve smoothly into the cards you’re trying to play. Raise the Banner With spells and swords, six-guns and subterfuge, heroes collide in the struggle for the Eternal Throne. Pay attention to how much power the various cards in your deck cost (see the chart shown on the deck builder!).When you’re starting, try to have your deck focus on one specific goal or theme. While this isn’t a bad thing, sometimes it can add more than your deck needs, and it also won’t use some of the optimal power cords for your deck (such as way stones, diplomatic seals, or banners, if you have them). By default, the game adds power sigils automatically based on the cards in your deck. On that same note, enable advanced deckbuilding in the options menu. This may mean making a few painful cuts of cards you want in your deck or dropping down to 3 copies of less-important cards. It’s not the end of the world to go over, but your deck will typically perform less consistently the more cards you have in it. Keep your deck to 75 cards if possible.Usually, some of the dual-faction power cards will be enough for a two-color deck, but Seek Power, the 2-cost Influence strangers, and some of the cards found in the Time faction are great ways to ensure that you get all the influence you need to play your cards. If you’re building a multi-faction deck, be sure to include some cards that will draw specific sigils (like Seek Power) or grant-specific colors of influence.Eternal is the most generous free-to-play card game on the market, where every card can be acquired for free, and only non-gameplay cosmetic items like Avatars and. It’s best to include all four copies of an important card for your deck or craft a few more copies of an ideal card, rather than including a bunch of one-offs that fill the space. Summary: Set in a world of six-guns and sorcery, Eternal combines rich tactical depth with fast-paced action and polish, where players freely mix cards to build any deck imaginable. First and foremost, consistency is key to making your deck function. The majority income for the game should have been on cosmetics and other non-advantage things but now its all about pre-orders, ECQ, ect. They are printed so that people will pre-order and play preview events, etc. And yes I can get all the cards I need, but that doesnt change how the new cards are printed and then how they effect the meta. Ive spent some money on this game for cosmetics and gift cards so people could buy cosmetics. Everything else I've earned the gold for and have multiple decks that are viable on ranked. I've spent literally 10 bucks on this - On Jekk's Bounty when it first came out. Winning matches in Ranked mode rewards chests, with bonus. All that matters is the small toxic core that gives them loads of :RogueMoneybags: The gameplay and cards of Eternal already offer a lot of neat interactions with a single set. There are even pretty good budget decks consisting of no rares at all. Staple cards are often uncommons, and legendaries fill very small niches. Otherwise there would be a weighted or limited format and they would fix the broken system before they released more broken cards. Speaking of rarities, it seems that competitive decks include a lot of cheap cards, not just rares. Don't worry, if you pay enough money you can be a winner too XD Originally posted by Eldoron:A MTG clone that pays no attention to balance.
